I was so excited for Rhett's story and it was so much more than I could hope for. Rhett and Sienna's beautiful story was so sweet and steamy, but had so much emotion and heart that I didn't want it to end! Rhett is fresh off a long term relationship and is trying to move on. He hasn't had much success, and it only gets worse when he has a disastrous run in with a beautiful figure skater on the ice. Sienna is on the Valley U figure skating team and she needs to focus on her routines. She doesn't have time for a hockey player who will only break her heart. Rhett works hard to win her trust, and she doesn't give in easily. But when he finally wins her over, they are explosive together. They are so good together and she gains a new supportive family with the hockey team and their girlfriends. But what happens when tragedy strikes and the thought of mortality is too much to bear? I really love Rhett and Sienna together. Sienna is strong, independent, and never let Rhett get away with anything, while supporting him unconditionally. Rhett is so sweet, and loyal, and was so swoony as he helped Sienna see that she was imperfectly perfect. Jenshak has weaved a beautiful and touching story that deals with such sensitive subjects with honesty, and empathy while making them fun as well. I love this Valley U universe and all the funny, supportive and loyal characters I've come to care about. Maverick played a huge role in this story as well and I can't wait for his story next in Wild Love!

Broken Hearts had me crying. Okay it was more so when a certain big moment happened, but still, I was crying. I am such an emotional person, and I can't help but cry at times. I loved getting to return to the group at Valley. I loved getting to see the characters I've come to enjoy. Loved how Rhett had to work to get Sienna to go on a date with him, and how he had to clear some things up. I was curious about Carrie's storyline, and the reasoning behind the constant phone calls. But that was never discussed fully. She was just being clingy, and was basically trying to rebuild the friendship they once had. Sienna is a sweetheart who is extremely talented at figure skating. She also has a heart condition, and that tends to make people not want a relationship with her. Yet here she couldn't keep Rhett away. There was so much to the story that I enjoyed. From the meet-cute for Rhett and Sienna, to the awkward moments between them, to the hockey storyline, to Sienna trying to figure out life after college, to the big dramatic moment, to the grief and heartache, to the grand gesture, all of it had me devouring the book. Also, the fact that Rhett is from Minnesota, and Sienna is from Wisconsin had me grinning like a fool. Gotta love that the main characters are in my area of the US. But can we talk about the name for Rhett's home town? If he's from Rochester, just say so, no need to rename it Rochestertown. Like what is that? Ignoring that little bit, I fully enjoyed the story, and am loving the series.

I love this book so much! Where do I begin?! I love how captivating Rhett and Sienna's story is! I was hooked from the beginning! Such a beautiful book!
This is my first book I've read by Rebecca Jenshak and it won't be my last! I can't wait to read more!!

Her mouth covers mine in a sweet and slow kiss. She pulls back and green eyes stare at me for a long beat.
"What's wrong? Heart beating too fast?"
I reach for my phone and pull up the tracking app. "Seems normal. Chest hurt?"
She gapes at the screen. "Oh my god, Rhett Rauthruss, did you sync my watch to your phone?"
"Damn right I did, angel."
"I can't decide if that's serial killer creepy or sweet."
"Definitely sweet." I put my phone back and flip us so I'm on top.
She's shaking her head but grinning at me in that way that makes my heart feel all fluttery. "I love you."
"I love you too, angel." I hop up and lock my bedroom door.
"Afraid someone is going to walk in on
นร?"
"No, I'm afraid I'm going to be murdered in my sleep."
