Wondering what Su-won's endgame is. This volume kind of makes me forget he's the villain.

While I found the games Su-Won played on the general of the wind tribe entertaining, I didn't love spending almost an entire volume on Su-Won. I also really struggled to keep all of the characters straight - too many were introduced at once. But even with characters I don't care that much about, I found the storytelling tightly told and engaging. And the last chapter with Yona and Hak is the best yet.

this wasn’t my favorite just since i have a hatred towards su-won.... grrr but also i feel like his arc is important to yona & the dragon’s arc so i understand why some chapters need to focus on him but going off of the last volumes & the anime... the anime stayed very true to the manga with just a few character’s personal thoughts being left out (but from the animation you get the gist) also this felt slower/not as much happened but with the action in the last three really a break might’ve been needed i’m excited to keep reading & see where the story goes from here :)

“Feast your eyes on our princess.” GIGGLING AND KICKING MY FEET

I really didn’t like the whole game section with the Earth kingdom, but the cute parts with Hak made up for it.
