I liked the book but just like Gone Girl I was not thrilled with the ending. However, it was a great beach read.
Honestly, I don't even know if I liked this book or not, but I could NOT put it down! I turned pages so fast.
I seem to be alone in my love of unlikable characters, but these folks were all terrible, and I couldn't get enough of it. At a few points, the story did seem to sag, but I was so eager to know what happened that I quickly plowed on. I found this a very satisfying read and I'm glad I finally got around to it.

I liked this book, I had to keep reading to find out what happens. However I didn't care much for the characters, I like to be really invested in characters and this novel didn't do that for me. This is just my personal taste, but I understand why it became the #1 bestseller.

Starts off pretty slow and has some weird details that seem like space filler for the first while. I stuck with it though and am very happy I did. It's fun to be able pick apart the details and try to piece things together from them. I wouldn't be surprised if I read it a second time that I would see even more that I missed the first time around.

4.5 stars maybe? I definitely had trouble putting this down but thought the end was not quite as good as the rest of it. I also thought parts of it were slow. Overall, I recommend this book.
