Well it was okay, I really enjoyed Lesley Choyce books back in Junior high and read this for nostalgia, it definitely brought back nostalgia and was so short to read, but man oh man do i wish there was more detail from this short book. But overall it was alright.

Wow that was a quick read~
I don't think I've ever finished a book in under an hour before.
Positive Points:
-Well paced/written
-Pretty much constantly had my attention
-I liked that the MC was smart and witty, (and that he didn't go into things head first w/o thinking about it)
-Overall nice short read~
Pinch of salt:
(Aka slightly negative aspects)
-Would have liked to seen a bond develop between the MC and his father, although I did enjoy seeing how his teacher stepped into the "father-role" instead and tried to steer him in the right direction.
-Potentially a little more character development(?)
Trigger warning- Drugs
Rating- 3.4/5
