This book destroyed me. This is probably SJM's best written books. Some people think this book was too long (especially the battle scenes), but I feel like it makes the war more realistic. I love that she wrote this series in multi-POV. I think it created better developed characters because you are able to see into their thought process and how they interact with others who have varying opinions of them.
