Maybe if I was 10-15 years younger than I am currently I would enjoy these stories more? I really don't dream of billionaires and I hate stereotypes. Also the entire story felt like it happened very fast, and then extremely slow? I hate when there's lack of communication between people.
Workplace relationships are a touchy subject.
And ladies, please, you don't have to let men treat you like this. If you want to be treated in such way, of course, you do you. But you don't have to.

Okay so hear me out. Like it had its moments where I thought it would be at least a solid 4. I just couldn't love the characters. I feel like Rowan was hypocritical at times. I would think someone who didn't like when people didn't show their true intentions wouldn't do the same. He got mad at her when he lost control of his own feelings. Like that was even her fault? Zahra.... why would you pick a fight when you almost died?? I feel like some of her actions were also questionable. Anyways, they were both super frustrating.
Anyways... I am reading book #2 of the series...

When I first started this book I was not sure if I would like it. After about 100 pages in I was obsessed. This is my first grumpy x sunshine troupe and I enjoyed the dynamic. The plot was a lot better than I was expecting, given that it was surrounding an amusement park company. The book even included a little twist I did not see coming towards the end. Overall a good read- would have been five stars had I gotten hooked sooner.
