Spicy vampires, not sure what actually happened in the book tho 😅
The first book was amazing. I loved their chemistry and the storyline. This book it feels like the story is all over the place. I hate the back and forth of her being her but also being some reincarnation of a former witch plus there is a current plot happening that somehow ties into her past but nothing feels cohesive.

Normally I adore Scarlett St. Clair's books, but this was just a mess. The writing was not fluent and the quality of newbie. Isolde just seemed like a shallow, one dimensional character in this book, and Andrian got way to little time with how much development he went through. Honestly dont know if I am going to continue this series
This book had way too much going on. And the ending? Def preferred the first book of the two
DNF'd. I liked the first in the series but nothing about the plot stuck out to me, so by the time I came to read this I cared nought about the plot, and the characters were not engaging enough to continue reading.
