I could not put this down!!! Caraval walked so this series could run. I am obsessed with Evangeline and Jacks and will be starting book 2 tomorrow.
sooo the ending didn’t have to be right there… we couldn’t gotten another few chapters like damn 😭
I’ll give miss stephanie one thing once u hit like 70/80% of her books they do indeed suck u in and go by super fast BUTTTTT sometimes her plot be making no sense or rather it doesn’t hold up or has little explanations… like if he was manipulating Apollo’s emotions how did he know when to wear it off the night he died?? or if Tella was his one true love then how the heck is his heart beating again??? just some confusing things here and there….
I also LOLed at the vampires like sooo random but i’m honestly not too mad at it. Chaos spinoff when 😛🫦 I only kinda liked Jacks in Caraval but I reallyyyyy liked him here like ok king 😝
still not as into it or diehard for any of it as apparently the rest of society which makes me SAADDDDDD
