Hands down the best book in the series. I adored this book, the characters (especially previous characters not being the center of the story), and the way it had my emotions going back and forth. This one felt more like an Elle book than the other two with the humor, heartbreak, and unexpected twists.
It was worth getting through the other two books to enjoy this!

The best way I can describe this book is that it was written by a horny teenager who has never had sex.
The jokes are really childish and so is everyone’s train of thoughts.
Also in the audiobook the difference of narrators is egregious, she sounds like a very perky child and he has a very deep adult voice so it makes the whole thing SO weird.
It does get 2 stars because towards the ending it got interesting enough that I was able to not drag myself finishing it and had a little fun.

i think i’d give this a 4.5 actually, i liked it way more than i was ever expecting to. i really enjoyed the different relationships and dynamics, especially between cass and nia. i loveee tate. this was a cute (and angsty) summer book, that just so happens to take place in a fictional south carolina beach town. i can never escape. looking forward to going back and reading the previous two.

This was a good book! It was very average - but perfect for laying by the pool & devouring a quick romance! I really enjoyed this read <3
