Oh man, I loved this story so much! Cassie and Tate were hot.
I loved all the sailing and boat references with Tate. And so happy he was able to do that trip. Honestly, dream goals, right there.
I loved Cassie's character. She is so relatable. Especially her not want to stir any pots and avoiding conflict. I loved that Tate helped her and gave her the confidence for her to speak out about herself and her needs. He didn't let her fade into the background.
Summer flings are hard to navigate. And I loved seeing their fling unfold.
The Beach Games were so much fun. Zale was an instant favorite (I hope we see more of him in the future). Loved catching up with Coop and Mac, Evan and Gen and the opening of The Beacon! I could picture the hotel beautifully in my mind.
That twist, never saw coming. I was in shocked.

overall unremarkable but the breakdown to her dad and Nia did strike a chord/was relatable lol been there done that queen
I absolutely love how EK develops her stories, she always finds a way to surprise me in the best possible way.
This series has quickly become one of my favorites; it’s incredibly engaging, easy to read, and has a fantastic storyline. The way it intertwines with the previous books is amazing, and I loved getting more of the other characters’ stories!
Page 333… What the actual fuck??? Never in my wildest dreams did I see that twist coming in Cassie’s mom’s story!
Also, one tiny little thing: WHO won the silent auction?! I need answers EK, answers please!

This series might have some hope after all, the other two books were okay but I felt like they were missing something. This was fun and the characters have a lot chemistry. It kept me reading because I love their interactions with each other. I also really enjoy Cassie getting to know her family more which I love seeing in books. I am excited to see the rest of the gang find their partner.
