The mmc was much more palatable and despite being morally grey and a red flag he was a total jerk to the fmc like nero and the other dickhead i forgot his name.

King and Savannah's story was sweeter than I expected after Nero. I felt like King was not the strongest MMC in the series but it was still a good read.

Listen, the spice was spicing and I was absolutely here for it. But I just couldn’t get into the development of their relationship. It was too quick for me and I just didn’t get as invested as I did the first book.

This was sooo much better than the first book, I really liked King and Savannah, first thing first they have actual dynamics going on and they have good chemistry and good banter and they are sooo hot together
