This was such a cute novella!
I loved the best friends to lovers trope. It was super well done.
It is a little ridiculous that they were friends for so long and Weston never said or did anything. But the twelve dates were super cute.
I especially loved the roller rink date. And Weston on pain killers was the best! Probably my favorite part! Also, Weston’s grandma is hilarious. Love her.
Overall I enjoyed this cute holiday rom com. The pacing was good. The romance was so cute and kept me turning pages. It was the perfect amount of awkward, swoony, funny, and sweet all wrapped up in a clean holiday novella. You seriously can’t go wrong with the love cliches series.

This was just the perfect little christmassy romcom I needed! Taylor and Westen have high chemistry from the beginning on, it was just perfect! And that coming from a person who normally doesn’t enjoy the friends-to-lovers-trope. In the next year I will look forward to reading more books by Emma St. Claire!

This is book four of me working my way through the Love Clichés series again, this time via audiobook. This is such a fun Christmas novella and it was perfect to read it again as I was gearing up for the holiday season.

This is a super short, quick read (or listen if audio) but full of LOL moments and sweet romance. An unrequited love story/almost second chance romance and friends to lovers.
Taylor - I’ve only read 2 books in the Love Cliche series and it took me a second to remember how she fit in - has been seriously dating her bf of 2 years Chad. She wants to make the holidays extra special by doing fun holidates. But when she goes to surprise him with holidate #1 she gets her own surprise!
Weston is forever the sidekick, bf and lap dog to Taylor. She comes to him upset and he’s always there to comfort her. He takes her list and rewrites it, hoping it’ll give him the confidence to tell Taylor he loves her.
Spider lashes, poison Ivy and a sweaty mess all add to hilarious moments. It’s so fun, relatable and I can’t wait to read more books in the series. Especially after we meet Chase who has his own story!
I received the audiobook by the author but these are my own thoughts and opinions.

Such a sweet little novella! I wish it had been a full book because I’m a sucker for a Christmas romance. As with the rest of the series, this is a clean romance with plenty of romantic tension and cute characters.
