This book was absolutely adorable. Friends to lovers and mutual pining ... I'm in love. I adore friends to lovers romance. There’s just something so special about the Intimacy of two people who already have a special connection but would like to take it to the next level. Taylor and Weston’s love story was delightfully witty, oozing with charm, swoon, and electrifying chemistry.
Even for a novella, this was a well rounded story and had enough depth to hook me in. I loved the premise of the story so much. Taylor and Weston have been secretly pining for each other for years. I found their secret love for each other so sweet...I couldn't get enough of it. The Twelve Holidates was one of those low drama, highly entertaining contemporary romances that made my heart happy. I could have read 100 more pages about Taylor and Weston.

This best friends to lovers romance between Taylor and Weston was a perfect quick holiday read. I had so much fun reading it. As with every book I've read by this author, it had some hilarious scenes. I always feel a sense of comfort and coziness with her books. ⠀

I wish Emma wrote more of these shorter novellas, because oh my God was this cute. Weston is so freaking adorable. I loved his dynamic with Taylor. The whole premise is believable too and I enjoyed so much for once the girl is in the friend zone and not the other way around like in typical stories.
