I borrowed this book from kindle and will buy it soon. I loved it so much. How did he figure it out? I loved the mystery of it.
4.5 - Really good, impossible to put down. Will definitely be continuing the series. I love when a person is hiding what they are but not seeing how this can end well - we shall see. A Few plot holes but the the wolf and vamp are intriguing and the roommate is hilariously fun. Full review to come.
I expected very little when I began the book because often these books are hit or miss. I was surprised. She actually did a great job with world building even though it was a little confusing at first because Legacy is not an established supernatural being like shapeshifters or witches and therefore unfamiliar.
If you disregard all the running in circles that levy and Gareth do, this book could have been a lot shorter.
I enjoyed the story as I was reading it but once I was done I realized just how little story there was.

Pacing didn't work for me. MC's ruminations were often repetitive. Also didn't really feel the chemistry between the two MCs. One reviewer described it as stilted and I'm inclined to agree.
Content felt both dense and lacking in depth simultaneously. Levy didn't impress me, Savannah annoys me, Gareth is a nuisance.

Someone is trying to frame Levy for murder. The problem is she didn't do it and she has no idea who did. But, she's going to find out before it is too late. Add in powerful Gareth who is part of the council and you've got a world of problems. But, Levy wont give up even if she has to hide who she really is.
This book was really good. it's a great start to this series and I'm super excited to learn more. The book starts off great and keeps you interested the whole time. And the chemistry between Gareth and Levy is great as well, and then the ending was awesome.

Another yawn. The beginning was boring and I lost interest after only a few chapters.

I really don’t understand how this book received so many five stars. I got through 56% of the book and couldn’t go on. Too much internal monologue and most of it repetitive or unnecessary information. Not enough dialogue to keep me interested in the characters.
Holy moly, this book is AWESOME!!! I can't wait to read the next in the series!
