3 stars feels harsh, but it’s not a book I would be shouting at people to read. However, I breezed through it and thought it had a wonderful message. This would be great for someone who does not go to therapy, and still a great reminder for those who do. It almost feels more like self help than a story at times, but I loved the theme of loving yourself, recognizing your inner voice and not listening to it when it’s negative.
