Es por lejos el peor libro de la saga. Una nueva edición de peleas, reconciliación y sexo sin sentido durante el 80% del libro. En tantos puntos es tal el nivel de toxicidad que no puedo creer cómo la autora no paró en un momento a pensar "si fuese una amiga o hija mía, ¿dejaría que Tessa siga con ese tipo?". Ojalá algún día hubiese un libro así en el que se la jugasen en que terminen separados y dejar de vender la idea de que personas violentas, egoístas y abusivas pueden cambiar por amor (porque no, realmente no pasa).
Así todo, pensaba ponerle 3 estrellas hasta que llegó la parte absurda del saber que Hardin estaba escribiendo un libro llamado "After", un patético intento de hacerle un guiño a los lectores con cosas como "seguro hay millones de personas que quieren leer una historia de amor diferente". Ridículo y lamentable.
Y como todo podía empeorar aún más, hay como un millón de saltos en el tiempo para decirnos que, OH SORPRESA, Tessa al final podía tener hijos.
PD: 4 libros en los que hablan del tatuaje de Hardin y nunca explica por qué alguien que odiaba a todos, incluido a sí mismo como dice, tiene un tatuaje del infinito con corazones. Voy a suponer que se lo hizo por su inmenso amor hacia ser un tóxico malhumorado ✨

This entire book was growth. The growth that I have been BEGGING for in every previous book. It’s like a reward. Out of all the mess that both Hardin and Tessa have caused and worked through, I was crying happy tears at the end. I love these characters 💚

Another wonderful addition to the After series. The first one will always be my favorite.
This was officially my favorite of the whole series. Tessa was a character that drove me as nuts as she drove Hardin but they work well together and they’re both just as messed up as one another.

The storm that is Hessa continues. While the ending to me wasn’t necessarily realistic it did make for an enjoyable ending to a love sage book series.

I literally cannot cope.
I’ve been sucked in.

I know there’s still Before to read, but I’m just lost for words.
This series has just utterly sucked me in.
It’s made me angry, frustrated, heartbroken, cry, laugh and feel utterly mad at Hardin and Tessa for breaking and putting each other back together when it’s clearly toxic. And it’s so toxic it’s bad. This has sucked me in and I’m not sure if I’m ready to read Before yet. But I’m just, lost. I don’t actually know if I’m ready for what’s next.
