This was a lovely way of tying up the story. It did feel that compared to book 3 this book was rushed and the next didn't have much room for developing an emotional connection with the scenarios that occur.
Lame. So lame. The series was entirely too long. I only finished it because I'm stubborn. I started rooting against them. This book was too long as it was, but it jumped over some things. All of a sudden this happened, all of a sudden that happened. Suddenly he has all the dreams she had and she doesn't want hers. Ugh. And what the hell was up with referring to Landon's wife by anything but a name? Or making a point to mention what everyone was up to except Hardin's mother? Maybe I missed it. I started skimming the last chunk of the book. Especially over all the book excerpts. Don't even get me started on Abby & Addy. The excessive amount of pages in this series should count twice towards total books read.

Soooo of course there were still a ton of grammatical errors. But I really liked that Hardin and Tessa took years apart to develop on their own. It felt real and relatable, unlike the crazy sometimes extreme events of their past. I enjoyed this story more than the other three, but the ending was too rushed. It would've been better with one epilogue at one point in time instead of fast forwarding through 15+ years of their life.
