Struggled

I absolutely loved a lot of this book and other parts I was skimming. The women power thing was annoying and didn't add up so a star was lost for that. This also felt slightly too long and started to drag on so another star was lost for that. Overall it was really good and I think if I could stop comparing it to the Throne of glass series I would like it more.

The way these books are so well crafted and detailed, I have never been so fully immersed in a story before. I have thought about these books every day since I first read them, and will continue to do so.
