This is my first and only romance book but the whole book so take this with a grain of salt. The sex is usually written pretty good but the sexual tension and build ups were always too cheap, randomly placed, and poorly implemented with the story and characters. To the normal human being, it’s easy to tell that characters are immature and constantly manipulating each other but it never feels like the author is aware and handles situations right. Finally the arc that brings the main character to her final lover doesn’t make sense because there is nothing that should make this character lovable.
