I. Huh. How do I even review this? LOL
The first part of this book was really slow-going. I almost abandoned ship but all the reviews that mentioned “that ending!!” had me curious, so I slogged on. By page 50 I was sufficiently reeled in and then I couldn’t put it down. I was certain I had at least part of the ending pegged and then I discovered how very wrong I was. I should have known though…the twist almost exactly mirrors a movie from several years back that I won’t name so as not to spoil you in case you run across it.
Overall this was a decently fun ride if you can suspend your disbelief, go with it and just take the story for what it is without overthinking it. 3.75 rounded up.

I couldn't put this down. Her writing style fully engulfed me into this read. I couldn't put it down and I needed to know what happened next. I'm usually one to guess endings, but this one shocked me. I had no idea. READ THIS.
