I’m so confused by this book. I really didn’t like it at the beginning, got really into the story about halfway through, then felt like it ended on a kind of meh note.

Also

there is so much sexual content and descriptions that are just very odd, and most of it I don’t totally understand why it needs to be mentioned over and over. Like I think there’s an artistic element to it, but it just felt unnecessary in some moments.
