such a fun read! it’s a medium paced, murder mystery, fall in love with your sidekick type of book. some good chuckles, cute moments, and a developed plot. 3.5 stars because I wish the relationship between the main characters didn’t progress the way that it did. I loved their dynamic but at times it felt too forced. I wish it was made more natural and the development was spaced out more.

Lots of similarities to The Mentalist for some reason? Or maybe I’m just obsessed with The Mentalist rn
