So I know I said in my review for #3 that I don't really like this series but I changed my mind, thing are getting reeeally interesting! Also finished #3 like 3-4 ours ago and am already done with this which speaks fo itself. (And the dact that I have nothing better to do)
I mean things with Jesse will finally start happening! And Paul, the creep, must turn up again as well. And poor little Jack!
Best book so far!

Could we possibly just have one book where a 16 year girl has more going on for her other than her love interest. It’s so repetitive. We really couldn’t come up with anything else? How disappointing.
Book 4 and we’re still dealing with the cringy 20 year old ghost in love with a 16 year old teenage girl. Big ick.

I really felt like this was two stories in one but the ending was so good!
Definitely my favourite book in the series!!! I mean, welcome Paul Slater *whistles*, hello to badassery by Father D, and *drumroll*....that.last.scene...my heart can't deal. Swooning.

Haha Okay I have to say Suze is probably my favourite Meg Cabot character, and I've only read one or two of her other books. Darkest Hour as the fourth book in the series is still engaging and funny and witty. Suze is as usual stubborn to get her own way, but in Darkest Hour she's stuck with an eight year old kid as her holiday job. Turns out though the kid isn't all he seems. And Suze learns in this book that there is more than one type of Mediator out there. As for Jesse. Things are going to be electric for them in this book.
An excellant, amusing, short read.
