It’s hard to rate a book like this. I enjoyed Magnolia Parks more than Daisy Haites. The organized crime plot lines were interesting, but I didn’t feel as much of a connection to the main characters. I don’t believe in the main romantic love story, at least not yet.

4.5 ⭐️ Christian fucking Hemmes. My entire heart is just grieving as soon as I finished this. I absolutely am a Daisy Haites girly and I fucking love Christian AND JULIAN. I ate this up and wanted devoured this book. The only reason it’s not a 5 is because the end really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I need to read the next book immediately.
Minor spoilers:
Daisy started to piss me right off at the end and like I said, I am a Daisy girly and love her but god did she just start to regress near the end. With both her relationships with Christian and Julian, it’s just self sabotage at this point. Like I understand where she’s coming from with everything but feel like she could’ve went about ALL of these things in a wayyy better way.
