A killer professional enough to track a groups of women across mountains, and up the face of a mountain….. but not professional enough to avoid witness or getting the paid kill done first? Eh story line is rather far fetched and weak. The chemistry between Sara and Jamie was decent but could have used more build up? Parts of Jamie’s behavior could use some help getting to 2022 and not the shit that used to be kosher… not my favorite of hills books… but not horrible

I read this book a long time ago. Gave it 3 stars. Not Gerri Hills best book for me..the end(not the last chapter, that should have been much much longer) dragged and could have been solved/concluded sooner. I now listened to the audio narrated by Abby Craden. Than woman can uplift a story with her voice. And she did it again. So because of her I now give it 3,8 stars.

Audiobook. Story was good, actor/narrator Abby Craden is amazing. I would listen to Abby Craden read the phone book.

This felt like the best kind of 90s action/survivalist movie, only it was better because it was sapphic.
