A short collection of cute comics that can be read through in about 10 minutes, is relatable on the most basic level, and would be better suited to residing on social media.

This was a fun collection of short comics about everyday life.
I didn't find it so much about (not) leaving the house, but more about everyday situations in all sorts of settings. Most of the topics and themes are centered around hair care/styling/problems, periods, fashion problems, college/work life, living with a partner, household problems, expectation VS reality and motivation. They were roughly sorted seasonally.

All comic strips were 4 panels or less, though I felt like some would have benefitted from more since I didn't always get the point or felt like I was missing something.

While I definitely found several relateable comics, there really were a lot (long curly) hair centered ones, and overall it's definitely a collection of personal moments and anecdoctes from the author's life rather than a generally applicable one.

A quick comic read that is fun to look at, and even if not all situations might apply to the reader the comics are definitely entertaining.

I received an ARC and reviewed honestly and voluntarily.

While I found this entire graphic novel to be the most relatable content I’ve ever read period, there really wasn’t a story at all. It was short comic strips about what it’s like to be a young woman—all of which I loved. I guess I was hoping for more of a storyline even though it did encompass a calendar year. 3.5 stars. Thanks Edelweiss for an ARC. All opinions are my own.

absolutely love this comic series each page has a different little story and it really reminded me in my own life it's in black and white which is very entertaining to me and simplistic.Instead of having a lot of color to tell the story it really does tell the story with the pictures.

I have always adored Cassandra Calin's comics. I was sure I would love this collection, and I did!

It seems a little eerie and almost funny, reading it during this lockdown when we really cannot step out of the house.
As always, the comics were fun, punchy and harmless.
One thing that Cassandra does great in her work is create realistic depiction of the bodies - she keeps an eye for details (like how a dress actually looks when we wear it versus how the brands expect us to look)
Kudos on that! I'll always keep coming back to her work!
