This beautifully charming post-apocalyptic world is not as idyllic as you'd like to think. There are so many fascinating messages within this twisted world and the short pages with elegant wording almost feel like poetry. But I have so many questions.

This is an odd, odd novella. Feels like the anti utopian utopia. It's twisted and odd to parse. Weirdest is that Bronson Pinchot narrated the audio book which gave a weird sit-com nostalgia to the reading.

i don’t think i could properly follow anything that happened

not sure i understood this at all, but it was fun to read i guess. the entire time it felt like a confusing animal farm, i hope that doesn’t offend george orwell because i love animal farm.

I read this because of harry styles lol but it was very weird and not a lot happened. there were a lot of random parts that didn’t quite make any sense but ig that’s the point.  I liked the writing style truly made you feel like this was the first book written in 30 years. it really made you think and was pretty interesting
