I think the issue I have with this whole series is that the author focuses so hard on trying to make things so dark and twisted she neglects the ending and leaves the ending to feel rushed and unsatisfying. Honestly could’ve done without this last book.

I really enjoyed these stories. They were dark, creepy at times and gave us some insight into the characters' background stories, as well as what became of them after the events of the previous installment.
