Entangled is the second in this new series of the next branch of Sinclairs. This second chance romance starts with questions, qnger, and betrayal but ends in all the happy. This newly billionaire heir is just the regular guy. He's still not used to his vast wealth or the one who ran away coming back in his life.

Book two of the Accidental Billionaires series
Aiden and Skye were in a very new intense relationship where Aiden was in his 20’s and Skye was just barley 18.
Aiden goes off on a long haul fishing job but when he comes back Skye has left with a man twice her age and married him.
8yrs later Skye has moved back to Citrus Beach to find Aiden is rich and seems to have no idea why she would be mad at him.
This story is a nice change of pace from other books in series. Aiden and Skye have serious back story with a lot of tension and hate involved but you don’t find out everything straight away.
I do like that Aiden seems to be a perfect gentleman but with a bit of baggage especially when it comes to Skye.
My only fault I feel is Skye, I do feel she could have just gone to Sinclair’s for help instead of listening to her crazy mothers.
Great HEA though. Really enjoying this new series

I really enjoyed Aiden and Skye’s story. Their past was complicated, but their relationship really worked. Maya was a fantastic addition to the story. I found the climax a little predictable, but the support Aiden’s family showed during it was great. I love this series and this book was a great addition to it. Can’t wait for the next story.

Skye and Aiden have a complicated past. After ten years they are forced to address their issues. Of course the past ten years have left them both with significant changes in both their lives. Their bond of growing up with the struggles of money issues still gives them a common link. Yet Aiden's circumstances have changed dramatically. While the years have not left Skye with many happy memories, the only bright spot is her daughter Maya. Will secrets revealed finally strengthen a bond formed long ago or will it create a divide to big to cross?

A nice romance to read (it's been a while since I've read anything of J.S. Scott's famous millionaires) with a story of misunderstanding and second chance but a few details spoiled the reading for me a bit :
- the fact that Aiden so easily forgives Seth for
Spoilerburning the letter (BUT WTF ??? First who does that ?? And then seriously you forgive him like that and he barely apologized to her ?? Skye has being raped and beaten up for YEARS because of it !!)

- the fact that Skye recovers very quickly from
Spoilerher PTSD even though she suffered from it for years (and frankly, considering the rapes she suffered, I find it a bit fast ...)

- and especially that drama at the end where
SpoilerAiden believes that Skye lied to him about his daughter and that she was only there for the money and then he talks about it with his brother and still thinks that she lied but this this time probably for a good reason ... BUT WTF ??? I would have been Skye, I get my daughter and I go away ! How can you love someone who doesn't trust you ? Who thinks you only love him for his money ??

In short, a romance that disappointed me a little, especially the end ... I hope the next book will be better =S

Aiden Sinclair was absolutely head-over-heels for the gorgeous Skye, but upon returning from a fishing trip he finds that Skye has left him and has gone off to marry another man. A man with money. He is heartbroken and doesn't see Skye again for years and years.

When Skye returns to his life, Aiden has no idea why she's upset with him. She is the one that left so how could she be upset with him? This is when Skye tells him that she left a letter behind explaining everything. Skye was young, pregnant, and was going to be kicked out of her mother's house if she didn't wed someone before the baby shows up. So, that's exactly what she did.

Now, Skye is divorced (her abusive, rape-loving ex-husband is in prison and won't be getting out) and has a daughter in tow. Does Aiden even want a daughter? Does he still have feelings for Skye? Are there any secrets left that need to be resolved?

A quick, sexy read about a really decent guy who openly takes in a woman and her daughter even though he has some questions about the relationship. He loves a woman with C-section scars. He loves a little girl he's never met. *swoon* Aiden is great.

Quick Info
Standalone/Cliffhanger?: Standalone
Part of a Series?: Yes

Meeting the Characters
Aiden Sinclair
Skye Weston
----------------------------------
What happens?
Aiden and Skye had a whirwind romance that was put on hold while Aiden went to sea. Skye had to leave Aiden while he was at sea due to finding out she was pregnant and being forced into marriage to a mobster who was in the same cult as her mother.
Unknowingly to Skye, Aiden just believes she ran off because he was poor and the man she married was rich he doesn't realise or know that she left a note explaining and hoping he would follow her and that she was pregnant with his child.
Final thoughts
Sweet. I liked Aiden I thought he was great. I also liked Skye she is a strong woman. I was sort of expecting a bit of drama from her ex but that doesn't happen.

Entangled was an easy, engaging story. That was fast paced, sweet and full of likable characters. And even though there were a few moments where I did raise an eyebrow. I did find it enjoyable to read.

Plus, I liked the fact it was a second chance romance, that was light on drama and fairly angst free.

And as a new author to me, I would definitely read more from J.S. Scott in the future. I would also happily recommend this story to others.

I don't read a lot of billionaire romances because they usually just don't ring true for me, but the "accidental" billionaires of the Sinclair family are a bit different. They've struggled, and they aren't quite comfortable with their wealth, which adds a layer to the characters. In the case of Aiden and Skye, we have a second chance at love along with some big secrets that need to be dealt with. The story relies heavily on miscommunication, and a few things are a little far-fetched, but I still found myself liking these characters. Overall, the angst level is pretty low with most things resolved quickly, and this pair does have good chemistry. We also get a quick peek at what's to come, and I'll be interested to see where that goes.
