How inspiring! The life of Keith Green starts out with his questions of life and his longing for spiritual fullfillment in all the wrong places. The whole time he was looking for Jesus and wanted badly to accept Christ. Eventually he did and used his talents of music and ministered to thousands of people in only his short seven years as a Christian before he died. Melody Green writes a beautiful story about the life of her husband and his walk with the Lord and the relationship she shared with him. I really enjoyed it because it showed the transformation and growth he displayed to dedicating his life to Jesus. His music really ministers to me as well, so to read the story behind the music was a blessing for my life.

I loved the book and the many truths in it. I found it amazing how he came from so far to so close to the Lord! I recommended highly.
UPDATE: the second time through, I really appreciated being able to follow Green in his journey of faith, and was challenged by the incredible passion and love he had for the Lord.

It's easy to feel inspired by Keith Green's story. He sought God in a really bold and uncompromising way. He wasn't perfect (of course) but that just makes him more relatable. You find yourself wanting to want God the way Keith Green wanted God.

Every Christian should read this book, too! Keith Green was an amazing man of God, as well as an inspiring musician and, from all accounts, a wonderful husband and father.
As tempting as it is to think his life ended too abruptly, it's hard to imagine this man's life as anything but within God's will. Read this and be inspired.

An absolutely phenomenal book. I was blown away by this mans unapologetic way of serving our Lord and I was deeply challenged to do more in my own life. Amazing!!

Very powerful testimony of, in my opinion, the most passionate Christian musician of this era.
