This is an incredibly cute, steamy, fun, fast read. I’m officially ready for the holiday baking championship and all the cookies! This is 3 novellas in 1 that gets down and dirty. A baking contestant on a live stream tv show meets her idol, judge, and dream man. From the very beginning everything becomes a whirlwind. The characters relationship develops quickly and when I say quick I mean KUH-WWIIIIIICK….. we’re talking obsession level. But the obsession goes both ways and I’m here for it!! There is some second hand embarrassment in the beginning that ended up being so charming. If I was watching it happen on TV I could only imagine how Alice would be americas sweetheart in an instant. Absolutely loved this to get into the holiday spirit. A great fun way to start the season. And it may be an annual read from here on out ❤️❤️❤️

This anthology consists of 3 holiday novellas centering a world renowned pastry chef and a woman who has been obsessively in love with him for years.

Michael takes one glance at Alice on the first day of the Holiday Special of Second Bite, a baking competition, and is instantly claims her as his. Their relatively quick love story is hilarious and cringey, in a good way and only got better throughout the remainder of the novellas as they went.

I was a laughing and smiling mess the entire read, and the spice was also *chefs kiss* (pun completely intended). If you enjoy a bit of roleplay and an instalove relationship with enough sweetness and Christmas puns to go around, you will LOVE Babycakes!
