This was very lovely! Osiris is such a sweet shadowman, and Eleanor is feisty and perfectly in need of his devotion. I do just wish it had been better edited— lots of typos, and the lore/worldbuilding could have been fleshed out better, I was very confused by the extent of his pumpkin’s expressions, for example. (And I’m begging again for indie authors to use editors with actual names and not just online handles.)

This was SO WHOLESOME and I absolutely ate this book up. Osiris with his gentle and caring nature just melted my heart, and Eleanor, wild and feisty, was so much fun. They were the perfect pairing. This story was just so adorable and absolutely perfect for Halloween. I read the whole thing in one sitting and I will be reading any of the books that come next. I can’t even explain how cute this was - it was just what I needed.

Such a sweet story 🥰 I love me a wholesome monster romance. Osiris is precious and we must protect him at all costs! His shadows are a bonus 👀🤤 I also love a FMC that is fiery and tough, Eleanor is it! 🔥 Elena did such a great job on this Halloween story and I cannot wait for more!
