I like the vibes but I’m sensing this series going in a direction that I don’t like which is
why choose. I don’t do books with FMC being with two guys so unfortunately that ruined it for me. Also writing this review as I DNF’d the third book so this may be coming from that

Another epic book form Melissa. I am loving Tessa’s growth and development and definitely she’s starting to take some tips from Scarlett on how to be badass.

The secrets and mysteries keep coming as soon as you have answers to one there’s another hot on its heels.

The enemies to lovers to enemies has me gripped. To often I find myself losing interest ones the lovers drama is resolved but this is keeping me on my toes I live for the Tessa, Theon, Luka angst and drama.

Axel and Kat I am in love with and can’t wait for hear more about them in book 3.

Ugh. So much I found lacking in this book. Characters without any propulsion any direction. A female narrator who chose a poorly done British accent for the MFC, when there are no other characters in the book who use accents from other regions. It was hard to tell if the author was trying to do a sub/dom or BDSM kind of thing, or if emotional, mental, and physical abuse was her kink (the character being abused got little to no  satisfaction from the treatment, so I’m leaning towards the latter.

Did not finish. Would not waste my time.

I tried because I liked the first book but for some reason I just couldn’t get into this one at all
