I hate read this book. I swear I was actively hoping for the FMCs death because then it would at least put me out of my misery of having to hear her thoughts for one more second. The first half of this book was probably super easy to write since all the author did was copy and paste the same argument over and over. Neither main character had any growth until over halfway which was frustrating and I don’t think I’ve ever read an author that hates her MMC as much as Melissa does. I just kept reading hoping it would get better and if anything the ending actually made it worse.
