I loved how you could hear that the authors were cocreating the book as friends. It felt as if I was with them in the writing process and hearing their ideas. I love the premise of radicalising people, and normalising activism and think the book was very helpful in sharing the experience of these two activists.

A great book about hope and how to fight the fight without burning yourself out but it was a bit long and seemed repetitive about certain topics, just with different people. Maybe the author did that on purpose to really drive home their points, but as this book is always tosses around in ways to get involved and texts to read I think it could be more concise with for those just starting on their journey.

This was very helpful, full of examples for learning how to create space for emotional healing in activist circles even while protesting for change and even strategies for dealing with encounters designed to make people feel powerless or overwhelmed, such as "flood the zone" tactics.

This was a little more dense than expected but full of good advice and antidotes on activism.

Loved this quote, "radical imagination is essential to organizing"
