A compelling play that cuts against gender roles and women's limitations. I would hesitate to teach the play because of the rash of suicides that occur. I was making mental connections with 13 Reasons Why, and I'm not sure my particular demographic of college students needs to read this at our particular moment in history. It's a good play and well worth reading, but TW if you need it.
