Oh, is it me, writing another five star review for a Kathryn Moon book, despite telling everyone and their mother that I am not a fan of omegaverse stories? Yes, yes it is.
I love a strong female character, and while Eve isn't without her faults of course, she really fit that bill, both in AND out of the bedroom. The differing relationships she had with each of the men was sweet, and I love Moon reverse harems because there is always some intermingling in the harem...not just some M/M for fun, but actual relationships forming.
I think these characters weren't necessarily as developed as, say, the Lola characters (who, to be fair, had two books to be so). Rory felt a little anti-climatic, and I wish we had been privy to at least one more spice scene with him and Eve, because we got all the tension build up throughout the book and only one good payoff. But it was a little...sad?...to see him as the grumpy one who called her on her shit, and then just turn into a complete marshmallow the second after they hooked up. Jaime was also sweet and their banter was cute. Like a few other reviewers I actually didn't love Adam (the omega) but appreciate his role in the book and Eve's character development.
Books about strong/alpha women can be tricky to find, and even more in the RH world/without major BDSM-themes. So I definitely appreciate this book even more for the role it plays in that space.

Everytime I reread this book I love it more and more. Hands down my favourite omegverse book and my favourite Female Alpha. It’s also one of the only packs were I love each character, normally one always gets on my nerves but not this pack.
Another great Kathryn Moon read! I LOVED Lola and the millionaires and this book was about Eve the mercenary they hired. Definitely big on the found family trope. Seeing the change in Eve and watching her take down her walls and build relationships was great and loved the chemistry she had with each guy.
Eve is incredibly fierce, bad-ss, feminine on her own terms and time, independent... and lonely.

I absolutely couldn’t stand Eve the FMC. I never felt sorry for her and I never connected with her. IMO she acted like an entitled, petulant child. The MMCs were not much better; despite being three powerful Alpha males, they crumpled at the feet of the FMC. What? These men are ex-military, special forces type ALPHA men… . and they become subservient in her presence? Eve obviously possesses a magical vajayjay capable of transforming an Alpha male into a boy.
Then Eve BONDS one of the Alphas against his will and without consent and then she laughs about it, thinking it's acceptable because he's "MINE", really? Petulant child with no thought of anyone else but herself. This is the end of my journey with this series.

I knew going into this one that it might not be my favorite because honestly, I just don't love reading about dominant women. I like my guys alpha, and my ladies sassy. But after meeting Eve in Lola's book, I really wanted to learn more about her. Ultimately I'm glad I did because I liked her & the pack she grudgingly formed, even if they were definitely the most unique omegaverse pack I've read about to date. Yes, I was correct that A dominant woman just isn't my cup of tea, but I did really like Eve regardless. Her evolution from the start of the story to the end was heartwarming but also believable. She didn't become less herself; like Adam said, she started to give MORE of herself, and that was key.

Not my favorite from Kathryn Moon. It was a little hard to love the FMC. I’m a softy and denying a omega makes me sad
Who doesn’t want to be Eve? If you want to continue to fall in love with the sweetverse characters, you have to read Bad Alpha!! Great story line and just the right amount of smut
