I wanted to read this little story before starting on Pandemonium.

I really liked Annabel's point of view. The story was structured with the "then" and "now" chapters. The story told about Annabel's life before the cure and then her life in captivity.

I enjoyed this novella a lot.

The writing was as great as ever and also the plot kept me reading it until it was, sadly, over. And that was the problem: it was way too short! I would have loved to read more from Annabel's perspective.

I am so excited to read Pandemonium now and to see how the story will develop.

Quick and easily little novella to go with the series I finished last week. Wish all series did these!

I really enjoyed learning the backstory to Lena's mother. The only thing I wished was that there was more of it!

This is a great insight into Lena's mother. It also illustrates Lena and Rachel as children.

What the heck?!? Seriously Lauren Oliver, Seriously? Okay, so I was reading this, ready to turn to the next chapter, and I realized the book had ended. Are you kidding me?! The ending was very well done. I thought the writing style was okay; not as good as Delirium's because it was choppy at parts, but it was great. It was great to get to see everything from Lena's Mom's POV. :D
