I really loved this book. I sped through it, even though I tend to have an aversion to self-help books. What made this so enjoyable was that the author paints characters, or rather, people, who share the same fears I have as I'm about to turn 23. It's always comforting to hear that you aren't alone, and I think this book was inspiring in all the right ways.

Love this book. Meg is a genius, and she had answers to almost every question I had about myself. I would suggest everyone read it. Maybe she should have talked more about finding love, but never mind, it's a great book.

I believe any twenty-something would benefit from reading this book. Jay can be biting sometimes, but her insight into this age could be a good wake-up call to any twenty-something.

Time is now. Not yesterday.

Time does not slow down.

Time is what you make of it.

my grandma gave this book to me and i threw it in my closet thinking i would never touch it, but as i sit in a weird point in my life i decided to give it a chance. what could it hurt? i mean it wasn't life changing, points were made that i understood, but other points felt a bit too much at times.

Almost everything that Dr. Jay presented has resonated with me as a truth of the situation of being in my twenties. It was a practice in fitting objectivity into my vision of the future. But not the far out future, the future that is tomorrow and the next few years and steps. A wake up call in an empowering way.
