Le bal des spectres

Meg Cabot

3.99 AVERAGE

I like the second one more, but it's still really really nice :D
And really funny ans fast to read. Loving this series *-*

This book makes me wish being haunted.

But only by a handsome ghost, like Jesse.

Again, Meg Cabot doesn’t fail us. She presents an interesting, compelling story, full of foreshadowing, analogies, emotions, aventure and even romance.

In this book, Suzannah has to deal with the rage of four ghosts. Although it’s not that original, it brings great elements that makes you want to know what’s going on and what’s going to happen.

Oh gosh, and the last chapter. It was so cute, I could actually die (sorry, ghost joke). Well, can’t wait to read the next one.

Omg JESSIE!
i can't get over this series!!! ITS A-MA-ZING!
i also can't help noticing that at the end of almost every book she loses some guy she dates...just like how kenny dies in every episode of South Park.
I also think a lot about this book when i'm not reading it. (another sign of a great book is when you constantly think about it).
adventurous lighthearted mysterious fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Plot
Strong character development: No
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: No

The plot was a bit predictable, but I really enjoy the way Suze’s and Jesse’s relationship is “progressing”. Fast read, and IMO much more interesting than the last book.

They're a great YA series. I loved them enough in middle school to read them two or three times through.

A typical "Mediator" story. No brain power necessary, but a nice "filler" book. And I have to admit, I'm rooting for the Jesse and Suze story line! I'm such a sucker for the unattainable relationship. I will probably finish out the series between other books. It's definitely worth continuing.

The third book in the Mediator series, and much like with the previous two books, this was all and all just above average for me.

Michael was a bit of a weird fellow, and I thought it was a reasonable assumption for him to be at fault right near the start, so the unravelling of that storyline wasn’t as surprising as it could have been.

Pretty much the same old same old as with the previous three books otherwise. I wanted more Jesse and didn’t get obliged, Suze continued in exactly the same vein as the previous books, continuing to not really learn or grow as a character and it was just pretty average really.

Uni is finished for the year! Finally gonna start finishing some books again... Hoping to finish this series by the end of the year :)

Yes, I finished this one today as well.

SO GREAT GUYS I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERIES ENOUGH.

This series is super bingeable, and I’m really enjoying it as a whole like I did when I was younger, but it’s not without its faults.
