The more I think about this, the better it gets. It has you simultaneously feeling enraged by and sorry for Othello (and especially awful for Desdemona). And Iago is one of the most FASCINATING villains I can remember.

This play was definitely interesting to read. I really enjoyed Emilia's character and the commentary on women's role in society and in a marriage. It's a very dramatic play, almost reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet, but with a more impactful message and commentary throughout.
