this is the first big finish in a while that has had me actively sobbing. what, with all the futures that never existed, the monsters created from a conscience in time,
leela finding and losing a child as a lifetime was spread across a matter of hours
, as well as
romana leaving the crew at the end
. i was utterly and unashamedly weeping into my pillow. absolutely wrecking and so well done. i don't know how to keep going from now. i just want things to go back to the way they used to be before the war—in the best possible way. fantastic. no notes.
