This book is just delightful. I am tho puzzled about whether this is a true story or not. I dont know. It shows Willie Nelson in all his humility and strength. It is about life and how someone beaten down by dark circumstances can come into his own with help from others - that someone in the story is Vernon Clay. He is helped by Willie and other people ...
Willie did not write the book or he had a co author David Hitz. also as usual this book is about Music...

I received a copy of Pretty Paper for review from the Penguin Random house first to read program. I thoroughly enjoyed the story of Willie and Vernon. It's a sweet story that can be enjoyed anytime of the year, not just Christmas time.
