abbi jacobson u r just like me fr. i love how incredibly observant she is and her niche little lists. it was a delightful and vulnerable and authentic look into her brain.

Parts of this are humorous and genuine. Even though Abbi’s character in Broad City is fictionalized, she feels like an old friend. Unfortunately, other parts of the book were rambling and self indulgent. It was overall enjoyable but I skimmed several portions due to lack of interest.

went the audiobook route for this one and so glad i did. abbi is a fantastic narrator and as a lover of her comedy it made listening to her stories so engaging and meaningful. abbi’s stories were so unique to her experience yet were always spun to be relatable and i absolutely loved listening to them. great read!
