3.75 stars. There were great parts of this book and I enjoyed the overall messages. Some parts were a bit rambling and inconsistent. The author is best when discussing personal stories and experiences.

Real chill stream of consciousness writing from one of my fave people as she road trips across America. It’s funny and cute and made me feel seen in a lot of ways.

I love Broad City and Abbi Jacobson and thus enjoyed her book that was mostly a stream of consciousness I found relatable. If you aren’t a particular fan of hers, I can’t see a reason to read or listen to this book though. It was fun to listen to her thoughts while I was driving, but it wasn’t profound and didn’t offer much insight to her life.

This book was a pleasure! I loved how self-aware and vulnerable Abbi’s writing and stories were. She was honest with the readers in a way that made me feel connected to her and the book.
I liked each anecdote and how she fit different stories from her life into the overall theme of the road trip. I also enjoyed her easily-digestible writing style and her dry and witty sense of humor. It was fun to get a glimpse of the person behind the Broad Coty character.
