"Reread" this in the form of the BBC Radio Drama, which for some reason is not on Goodreads as a separate edition. Very well done as always, and seeds the clues (albeit subtly) for the ending better than others I've listened to recently.

This is my second Agatha Christie novel and I have a strange relationship with them. I find the start quite slow, then the middle picks up a bit and as soon as I'm convinced I don't really like the book, the ending blows my mind!

That's exactly what happened with the novel as well. I liked the start, I was a bit bored during the middle but then the ending was really worth it!

The story was pretty interesting, I'm always trying to solve the crime along Poirot but I haven't succeeded as of yet! It was a solid mystery with a big cast of possible suspects and I was very eager to find out what will finally happen in the end.

The ending had a lovely twist I wasn't expecting, but nonetheless I loved it! It's dry a lovely mystery, with many unexpected turns and also has a funny aspect as well! Will definitely read more of Agatha Christie on the future!

To say I love Agatha Christie is an understatement. I’m a huge fan. My favorites are often the ones in which she completely fools me, and she definitely did on this one. Even knowing her work as well as I do, the Queen of Misdirection got me again. Well done! On a practical note, this is shorter than some of her other Poirot mysteries and it’s a quick read.
