First all thanks, Dee Dee for recommending this manga to me!

I really enjoyed this first volume. Ninako was a bit of an idiot sometimes, but I really grew to like her in this volume.
I am really happy that she had the heart and guts to reject the guy who asked her out. I have read enough books/manga were that doesn't happen, so yeah for this one!

Ah Ren, Ren, Ren. Damn he was beautiful and yummy. Ok, so are a lot of the guys in the manga (if you see them), but Ren just tops them all. He is dark, mysterious and sweet.

Daichi, ugh I didn't particularly like him. I found him about to pushy and annoying.

One thing that bothered me though, was the facial expressions by all the characters, they were a bit too extreme or just not fitting the situation. Also their lips, seriously, I felt like I was watching a lip gloss commercial at times. :)

But in overall, this was a fun manga, and I might check out the rest of the volumes!

After watching the really cute movie of this, I was really curious about the manga. And as one of Io Sakisaka's very first works, I rather really enjoyed it. It isn't the greatest series ever made or anything, but it can be very charming. It's a fun, cute, and fluffy series that's great for any fans of shoujo manga.

3.5 stars. Pretty straight-forward shoujo romance so far, but it's also pretty adorable. I'll keep reading them as long as my library keeps buying them!

WHY ISN’T THIS HYPED UP LIKE AO HARU RIDE?
Damn the childhood friend actually confessed his feelings! He has so much confidence that I ship them. Plus the female main character isn’t annoying. I love the art!

Starting out, Ninako is a girl who will believe whatever she's told unless evidence tells her otherwise. Her friends tell her she's obviously in love with her male childhood friend? Okay, so this is what love feels like. Then she encounters another boy who actually makes her heart beat faster.

Ninako is really naive and overly inclined toward blushing. By the end of the first volume there are three possible love interests floating around, with love triangle potential as well. I don't have high hopes for this series but the first volume is nice enough.

I usually don't care for high school ones but for some reason this series is enjoyable. I can't actually explain why...
