I liked the storyline of the book but I guess it was too slow. At some points, I felt like totally skipping this book cause it had gotten so boring. Tessa and Hardin's relationship had gotten so complexity but oh the author has done such a grey job leaving us afternators at a cliffhanger. I'm going to start reading the next book today itself.

This book had some parts that took you on an emotional roller coaster. I enjoyed it though.

I am exhausted and I feel like I have been on an emotional roller coaster with this book. I honestly haven't gotten this mad at a book since Mockingjay when all of my favorite characters were killed off. This book is so intense and I haven't been able to put the series down. I need to know if Hardin and Tessa end up together because I am too emotionally invested in this series for it to all be for nothing.

Things I liked: the drama, the fact that this book never gets boring despite the fact that it is over 600 pages long, and Hardin's intense and passionate emotions. Landon and Karen are great characters once again, who have such a sweet relationship with Tessa. I also enjoyed watching Landon and Hardin grow closer to each other.

Things I disliked: Molly, Jace, Zed's manipulativeness, and the constant fighting between Tessa and Hardin. Their relationship is so much more complicated then it needs to be and I truly wish that they had better communication.

This book ends in a major cliffhanger, and now I am off to book 3 to see how the rest of the story goes.

After we collided by Anna Todd is the second volume of the After series. This book, just like the first one has major ups and downs in the lives of the leads, viz. Hardin Scott and Tessa Young.
Hardin and Tessa, after facing major lows in the first book, tries to work out their problems. While Tessa is now working at Vance publications and studying at the same time, the challenges in her life does not seem to be stopping. She goes from good girl to the one who is in love with a bad boy, has no relationship with her mother because of the guy and have broken the heart of his ‘childhood love’ as she was told to believe. But, no matter the ups and downs, they’ve always found their way back to each other. No matter who tried to get between these two, their souls were too connected to be ripped apart. The two broken souls fitting together to be one is what Hardin and Tessa are.
As much infuriating and annoying their antics were in this book, with a lot more problems and fighting, this book series is addictive as fuck! I cannot seem to stop reading the books. There is character development in this part and better communication yes, but these two just don’t seem to stop pushing each other over the edge. Their love story is that if we can only find in fictions. Two people from different worlds and different humans altogether, yet they’re so much similar, they understand each other so much better. They both just know what to expect next from each other and what the other one is thinking, that’s how strong the connection is. No matter the fights and toxicity, Hardin and Tessa are ONE. Two broken souls met in disguise.
I truly loved the way Anna has chosen some amazing phrases and quotes from classics, and some of that she had created. You’re my hero Anna. Thank you for giving us Hardin and Tessa ❤️✨
