Read this one on watt pad when it was a fanfic about Harry & Louis. I’m glad Tessa took her time to forgive Hardin after he lied to her but I also think she gave into her feelings too easily. She found herself outside of her relationship with Hardin, finding that job with Lance & making her own friends like Trevor

So I waited few days to write my review AND IT FULL OF SPOILERS.
How can you love a book and hate it too?
some of me wanted Tessa to move on, and she have a chance now to go to Seattle but the end of the book made me realize she must stay and start solving her problems with her mom and give a chance to know her father maybe he turned to a good man.
Hardin come on, like really COME ON I start to hate Hardin even though I loved him being with her, but his behavior is kind of sh**, he loves Tessa but I feel like he want to own her and that is one of the problems, keep drinking make him as his father was when Tessa said that she was right. I wanted Hardin to spend some time in jail because he beat Zed in the end of this part maybe that could have changed him.
Tessa, why she keeps forgiven him!! I wish she gave herself a really good space to think if this is right or wrong. If I was her I would kill myself damn Hardin abused her emotionally I don't know how she tolerates all of this pain. I hated Zed so I wanted her to give a chance to Trevor.
THINGS I loved: Hardin's mother characters, Landon become a friend to Hardin, Hardin with Christian son Smith.
I don't know if I will keep reading the series. Because 1. I didn't know its fan fiction and I hate fan fiction. 2. I loved After more than this one.

They talked about their problems twice or something like that. It's a progress, I guess

Genre: New Adult + College Romance
Series The After series (must read books in order. This is book #2).

:: 5 Pretty Little Stars ::

I don't know what it is about this series but these books are completely addicting. It doesn't even seem to matter to my brain that these two (Tessa and Hardin) are like a train wreck. I simply cannot get enough and I can't stop reading. There is also SO much drama in this series. I mean honestly, the push and pull and back and forth which take up 75% of the book makes me want to rip my hair out and scream yet, I cannot get enough of it. Gosh, I don't know what it is about this one. Subliminal messaging maybe LOL??? But it's just too good to stop.

What readers can expect from this one in particular:
1. A lot of crying (from the characters, not you)
2. A lot of intentional and unintentional hurt and pain (again, from the characters)
3. Insecurity
4. Breakups
5. Makeups
6. Shady friends
and more....

If you enjoy soap operas (hehe), new adult romance with a lot of drama but with a lot of heart, and characters that you hate but love at the same time then this is your book. Please note though that you have to read this series in order. Each book in this series surrounds Tessa and Hardin's intense relationship. Also, you will either love this series or hate it. But you should decide for yourself. I honestly love it. :-)

Same as first book with all the back and forth! But slowly starting to see some better communication (and I mean slooowwwly) I know they have a very toxic relationship but I feel like a lot of their fights are due to lack of communication. Like why not just call or text instead of wondering what the other one is doing?? Or just tell the other one im leaving to do XYZ instead of just being mysterious about it. But I guess if they did that there wouldn't be so much back and forth.
I did like the idea of them restarting with dating properly. But I also feel like they rushed it like usual. And again lack of communication.

Find this review on my blog https://victoriasshelves.wixsite.com/blog/post/after-we-collided-by-anna-todd-review

After We Collided is the second book in the After series by Anna Todd.

Truth is, I wasn’t planning on reading this book but the first one ended in a major fucked up cliffhanger and I had no choice. I needed to know what the hell was going on.

The first 200 pages of the book were amazing! I won’t spoil. The story was very interesting and intriguing, a bit heartbreaking and I was an emotional wreck.

So, after those 200 pages the story went to shit. It basically followed the formula of problem, problem, fight, fgiht, sex, sex, sex, sex, make up, fight, problem, sex, sex, make up. Yes for the rest of 400 pages this is what was going on.

There was 0 character development after the first 200 pages, the same problems in a different context kept surfacing and I started seeing this whole story as the glorification of abusive relationships. It is awful but then once again I couldn’t stop reading?

I don’t know whats wrong with these books? I keep reading bad reviews from people on goodreads that literally hate the whole thing but can’t stop reading either? Are we all so fucked up that we secretly enjoy reading about sociopath boyfriends and their victims?

I don’t know if I should recommend this book to be honest as it is basically a repetition of the same old thing. It also ends with a cliffhanger.

Another thing that I forgot to mention about the first book that it is also true for this one, is the plethora of grammatical, punctuation and spelling mistakes. If I would be reading this for free on wattpad I wouldn;t mind but since I payed for it, Im expecting more than just copying pasting without any proofreading or editing.
