This book is hard to put down. It's almost addicting. I feel it's very well written with the different view points.

(19F) my biggest complaint about this book is how much back and forth between Tessa and Hardin. It’s not something I’ve personally experience so that could be why it’s frustrating to me. Nonetheless, I love this book!! Like I said in my review for the first book. It’s definitely for the young adult that loves the arguments and makeup sex, the “I hate you but I love you” troupe. As expected, the book is way better than the movie.

Oh my gosh I'm in love with Tessa and Hardin. I love that this book goes back and forth between their perspectives. It truly shows how both feel and how they love each other although they seem to always tick eachother off. I can't wait to see what happens with Tessas dad and if she moves with Hardin or if she moves to Seattle.

It makes me so mad that this got published when Todd doesn’t know how to punctuate speech, form 3 dimensional characters, or develop tension between female characters without slut shaming one (or both) of them. I don’t know why I was so hooked on this in my Wattpad years because it’s the same cycle through every book - promise to be better; break that promise; argue; grovel; reconcile; back to promising to be better. NOTHING HAPPENS. It’s just 600 pages romanticising a toxic relationship.
